Thermostat W5 error

Hi, I have tried the trouble shooting and nothing seems to work. I just keep getting the w5 error. I have 2 thermostats and one is working.  Thank you

Hi, completed form. I really needed this to have been working as I am going out of town on tomorrow and remotely change my thermostat.
