No harm in that whatsoever! The Nest actually has a 'Heat+Cool' setting for those times of the year and it will switch back and forth automatically as required. You set the point where you want heat to come on, and the point where you want A/C to come on. Here in Chicagoland, I run it in this mode in early Spring and late Fall for a few weeks at a time.
