Thermostat compatibility with Google Nest

My thermostat has E1 & E2 labeled wires that I can't find on any lists with Nest wire compatibility.  Can anyone tell me if my system is compatible with Nest?

E1 and E2 are proprietary wires and not compatible with Nest. Strictly speaking it depends what those wires are connected to on your system's control board.  To check for sure and get advise on potential modifications to make it compatible if possible, I'd recommend consulting professional help.
