Thermostat disconnected from WI-FI

Out of no where one of our thermostats disconnected from our Wi-Fi network. We have tried restarting the router, resetting the thermostat, removing the thermostat and rewiring it, and every other option described in the articles. The Wi-Fi in our house is strong and all of our other products are connected. This nest learning thermostat will not connect.   Is there another option?

Dame here. It fell off this afternoon/ evening. Router unplugged and restarted, other devices connected to wifi. Maybe there’s a problem at Nest. I’ve moved the thermostat up close to the Heat Link. No improvements. We need Nest in the case here.

‘Same’

We tried every solution posted on articles, websites and here. Reset, remove and replace, and everything in between. Nothing worked.  All other devices still connected and working fine.
Filed a warranty claim and Nest/Google is sending a replacement.   Must be a known issue. Neat learning thermostat warranty is two years.

Same thing here, one is connected and the other isn't.

During setup, device (Google Nest) says Connected to WiFi, router shows connected, app says not connected; then device disconnects from WiFi. Tried resetting device to factory settings, no change.

I am running into this same issue with one of my 2 nest thermostats now all of a sudden.  After 2 months of working great it has dropped.  Were you able to find any resolution?

Thanks Jake.  I was able to default the unit back to original, then re-install the thermostat and reconfigure on the network.  It is working great now.

Thanks again,
