Device has factory reset twice this week, all by itself. The more rush hour events I receive, the more it resets. This is a known bug, for at least 1 year. I want to be un-enrolled from Rush Hour Rewards.
Model: Display-3.6
Backplate model: Backplate-5.4
Software: 6.2-27
Battery: 3.92 volts

I'm sorry to hear that your Nest Thermostat's Rush Hour feature is giving you trouble. Let's resolve this.
Do you wish to formally withdraw from Rush Hour or simply choose not to participate in the event? You can choose to opt out of a Rush Hour event by lowering the temperature on your thermostat, the Google Home, or Nest app (for summer events), or raising the temperature (for winter events). If you want to opt out of the event, a confirmation notice will show up. then choose Change Temp on the Nest, Google Home, or thermostat app.
If you've made the decision to stop using the function, you may contact our support by going to the Google Nest Contact Us page.

I already left the Rush Hour program. You can close this thread. In the meantime, please fix the bug so no one else has to deal with this issue.
