Thermostat gen 3 app

I had the 3rd gen thermostat installed last July 2021, had it all set up and the app put on my mobile phone. I was able to schedule hot water and heating at the click of a button via the app on the mobile.

However, I have recently changed my mobile phone, so in downloading the latest version of the Google app (assume its the right one, looks similar), it's found my device, linked to my account, but it's telling me I don't have any rooms set up? I try to do it, but it tells me the device is already installed? I'm going round in circles and only able to put the heating on by pressing the actual thermostat.

If I click add new device, its going from the start of a complete new installation?

Anyone have any advice on how I can get this working or any relevant contact details or website to help me get this working correctly again?

Hello Danno297,

I'm sorry to hear that you've lost access to your Nest Thermostat in the Nest App. Let's sort this out.

Since you've already added your thermostat to your account. There's no need to add it to the app; just make sure to login with the correct email address associated with your thermostat. To be sure, could you tell which thermostat you have? Here's a guide to determining which you have.
