My nest thermostat does not seem to be turning on my heat pump. I can use emergency heat but when I switch it off the room temp drops again even though it says it is in heat mode. The fan is coming in just no warm air. I tried switching from o wire to b wire in the app but did not help. Here is a pic of my wiring.

Sorry for the late reply. I have not resolved my issue yet. I read the article and I have done all of those things. I even had my ac guy out and even he could find an issue (this was early on when I truly though it was an app issue but i have removed and and restarted my app seems like 15 times and still no progress. I don't know where to go from here.
