Hello, my nest thermostat shuts down my boiler when not using heating for radiators; Therefore my boiler does not support hot water when needed.

The boiler does not turn on when hot water is needed, only when there is heat needed for radiators. Can somebody help me?

Boiler is viessmann vitodens 200, heatlink is connected with 230v combi boiler sheme from google.

thanks for the respons!
It was installed yesterday.
I bought it from some one.
I Installed it with a friend.

Sorry for stating the obvious, but looks like installed wrong!

Without being on site very hard to determine the problem.

Upload a picture of the Heat Link connections, and let's see if that can shine some light!

I was afraid I missed somewhere. I Will make a google link with Photo’s. Thanks for helping!

Upload a picture on here it gives others an option to comment

The dark gray thick cable goes into power

The white thick cable goes into boiler from heatlink.

Like I said upload the picture on here, not everyone has a Google account!

Hardly suprising you have an issue if that's the state of the finished wiring.

Rip it out and start again, that's appalling.

Where”s this brown core going?

The Brown wire is going from port 3 on the heatlink to L Port on my boiler. This is where the power comes in with the N

Really, looks cut off to me! I’m talking about the brown core that I have shown with an arrow. The one in the grey cable.

That wire Goes to nowhere , it is indeed cut off

What’s this black wire then?

Black wire is coming from power outlet and is going into L port on heatlink

Why on earth would you connect a black core for your live feed, and cut the brown core out?

I cannot imagine why you have issues with wiring like this.
