Cant connect to network after working perfectly for one year. Tried every recommendation; rebooted network, reset nest, checked power-ok, checked all connections, software current, etc, all other devices including nest cameras still connected to network. Thermostat works manually but can’t control remotely. Unit 1 year old. Is it time to replace?

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.
I understand that thermostat issues can be frustrating when they've been working fine but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
