i didn’t respond to your last email as I was travelling with work and you closed the thread down but I still have the issues of the thermostat not working/connecting.
i tried all your suggestions on reboot etc… but nothing works.

Hey there Wayne,
Sorry to hear that you're still having issues. Have you tried manually resetting the device like Jake stated previously? This should factory reset the device and clear up the frozen download you are running into. Please be aware, that some unsaved information may be deleted. You can follow the article here, and it will let you know how to reset that, depending on the type of thermostat you own. Please let me know if that helps.
