nest stuck on home icon

nest stuck on home icon. Tried everything nothing works. Sat on 020 7660 0424 for 30 mins no answer. No heating and hot water and things are getting cold. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear about the issues with your thermostat being stuck, I'm sure it's frustrating but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

Please try the following steps: Press and hold the Nest thermostat ring until the display turns off. Release the ring and then press it once to start up the Nest thermostat again. After five seconds, the Nest thermostat display will turn on and start up (note: the display brightness may be low during start up.
