Thermostat not displaying on web browser dashboard

We have 2 nest thermostats in our home: one is displaying fine on the web browser dashboard and the other is not. The one that works set up automatically when I set up the dashboard, while the other has always been absent. There appears to be no way to add the one that isn't working. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Hi halmdal,

 

Thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. Let's check this out. There are a couple of things we can check, like the account login on the browser. When you click the image icon in the top right corner of the browser, it will show you the email address connected to the Nest thermostat. Another thing is the home structure where the Nest Thermostat is added, you can check this by clicking the home name on the top left corner of the browser. The two devices might be added to two different home structures.

 

Also, if I may ask, are both devices showing up on your Google Home app?

The email looks good and there's only one structure. And yes, both show in the Google Home app
