I'm new to nest and had a thermostat installed. I'm now away from home and the nest app says offline. All the trouble shooting solutions require physical presence at the thermostat to resolve. Hoe can I fix when I'm way from home? Also, I set to eco before I left, will this keep the temperature at the settings applied? Thanks so much to anyone that can help
