Thermostat offline to group members

I use Google Home to control my Nest and it works fine. I added my mom to my group so that she can control it. She joined and sees the thermostat, but it's offline. How do i bring it online on her phone? It's online on my phone, but not her's

I've tried resetting, disconnects on my phone and connects back, but still offline on my mom's phone

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I'd like to confirm, which Nest Thermostat do you have? Where are you located? How many Home structures do you have on your Google Home app? Try reinstalling her Google Home app. You may also try removing her from your home member and add her back.
