Thermostat turns off/random schedule developed

It looks like I’m having similar problems to other users. After having the thermostat for about a year, it started turning off without reaching target heat temperature. I’ve tried turning off eco, resetting, etc. Just wondering if anyone has found a solution before I switch it out. I like the user interface in the hardware looks cool, but this doesn’t work.

Also, somehow the schedule starts to auto populate with random times. I have cleared times over the last few months.

Hi ColdOne2023,

Thanks for trying some of the steps beforehand — it's a great help! There are two types of schedule. These are Auto schedule and Manual Schedule. Also, there's a Home/Away Assist feature that might affect the behavior of the thermostat. Try disabling those features.

Have a look at these guide:

  • Make sure that there's no plotted schedule.
  • Make sure that the Auto schedule is off.
  • Make sure that the Home/Away Assist is disable.
  • You can check as well if you have relatives who have access to the account.
  • To make sure, you can also try to reset the schedule under settings.

Best,

Jenelyn
