Thermostat was working fine and now it doesn’t cool?

My nest thermostat has been cooling all summer just fine but now it won’t cool the house it just says that it will be cooling in 45 minutes but that doesn’t change anything. I’m not sure what the issue is now.

I would really appreciate it if you could share with me these very important details to determine the reason for this situation. 

• When was the last maintenance service and cleaning? 
• What type of system do you have? (Heat Pump or conventional type)
• Are the breakers turned on?
• Did you recently experience a brownout or blackout? 
• Do you see a power error code on your thermostat?

Also, if you could share with me the wiring configuration on your Nest thermostat, it would be very useful.
