Thermostat wifi connecction

Hello,  the thermostat No longer finding or connecting to a network. I have restarted and  reset the thermostat and the router. It still will not connect. It won’t find or identify any networks. It won't work  manually either.

Sorry for the delay but thanks for reaching out and for trying those steps already. I want to check on this further. 

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Has it ever worked on this same router before? Also, are you getting a specific message or code when attempting to connect it to your WiFi network?

Hello, yes  I can’t connected the thermostat to wifi. I did everything, restarted, deleted, restarted … nothing , it  doesn’t work

Thanks for getting back to me and for trying those steps. I have a few questions to better understand what's going on. 

What type of Nest thermostat is this? Are you getting a specific message or code when attempting to connect it to your WiFi network? Also, have you also tried setting it up on another WiFi network or a mobile hotspot? If not yet, please give this step a shot and let me know how it goes.
