Thermostat wifi connectivity issues

My AC is offline , not able to connect to wifi

Are you trying to remotely connect to your nest thermostat over the Internet? Are you having difficulty because your nest thermostat is no longer connected to Wi-Fi in your home? 

i’m afraid you need to provide more details of what you were trying to do.

Yea I cannot connect it through the app , and the physical device never worked after the set up

Google home is the app I used to set it up

If you have a Nest Thermostat, it only uses Google Home App.  The Nest Learning Thermostat uses the Nest App to install and setup the Learning Thermostat

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry to hear about the situation. Let’s sort this out. 

 

A few questions: does it show offline in the Nest or Google Home app or is it indicated on the Nest device? Are other non-Nest devices in the home offline? Has there been any recent change in the home Wi-Fi network? Lastly, is the Wi-Fi router or access point within a reasonable range (1 to 15 meters) of between three and fifty feet from the Nest devices?
