M’y thermostat has lost connection with wifi. I have followed all the instructions from google several times, plus tried others too. Yet my thermostat still can’t see my wifi network. Any ideas greatly appreciated please?

Sorry for the delay here but thanks for reaching out.
Do you still need help with this? If yes, what specific Nest thermostat is this in question? Are you getting a specific code or message on your Nest app or thermostat display? Also, did you try connecting it to another Wi-Fi network like a mobile hotspot if the issue persists?
