Thermostat will not stay on. It’s showing Rc power

Help the thermostat is not staying on  it’s showing Rc in red and power in the equipment window

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum, and I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Please answer the following so I can take a look at this for you.

1. What type of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system do you have?
2. What troubleshooting steps have you done before reaching out Support?
3. Are the power breakers on or flipped?
4. When was the thermostat installed?
5. Who installed the thermostat?

Also, gather the power readings of your Nest Learning Thermostat by going to its Settings > Technical Info > Power (Battery, VOC, VIN, and lIN).
