Could you give me some more details about what is going on with your device? Firstly, what color is the LED on the Heat Link currently?

have you went to app and made sure it is set to connect to heat. I switch mine from AC to HEAT and once I forgot to switch it on app and just tried turning heat up and it didnt work. I had to click on the symbols on my phone app and check the heat symbol. You probably have but I am just trying to help.

Thank you for the input @DanMag , it is greatly appreciated. However the EU version of the thermostat does not have controls for cooling, AC, it only controls heating and hot water in some cases. They are different in the features they have and installation, as the EU version has an extra piece of equipment, a Heat Link. A box that connects to the heating system and is designed to handle the high voltage , the thermostat connects to it and issues the commands to control the system. And it can occur that the display and Heat Link can disconnect on occasions.

Hi! I just installed mine on a pellet burner in Bulgaria. Which model do you have? Try brining the thermostat closer to the Heat Link?
