2nd thermostat not connected to Wi-Fi. Settings won’t display key. Just moved in. Nest already here. Can’t tell what model I have. Suggestions? Is there a nest customer service number?

However since you're already here, you might want to reset the account connection settings of your thermostat first. This will disconnect it from the WiFi and the account is it currently connected to so that you will have the option to set it up to your own email address. Here's how: https://goo.gle/2KkSrC1
