Thermostat

I need help disabling my thermostat so that I am the only one to control settings.. the answers I’ve been getting from the help center are very confusing. Thanks♥️

Turning the control disk you’ll find an item called Lock, press to open and  there is an entry to lock the device. Only unlocks with your password.

Tulip, if any of the other users have an nest app with that thermostat registered, they can unlock it without the PIN. 

NestPro, Google Pro, Mechanical Engineer and HVAC service company owner.

jgh35124, thanks for reaching out. What specific Nest thermostat do you have? The lock feature is only available for the Nest Thermostat E and the Nest Learning Thermostats. Take a look at this link for more information: https://goo.gle/32UAJeU
