I am enrolled in Consumer Energy's "Rush Hour Rewards" program and want to opt out. I have called the electric company, gone through your online support center for hours following help. None of your customer support team have responded or called me, I don’t understand why I cannot get anyone at Google Nest to assist? Please advise
