Thermostats not responding (away setting.).

one of my Nest thermostats is not responding…..on the away setting.  It’s been fine for the month I’ve been gone.  Now appears dead and it’s getting cold in the house.

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry for the delay.

 

I'd like to jump in here and check for further details on what's happening. Do you see any message on the thermostat display? Does it show the menu when you press the display? Could you remove the display and charge it using a USB?
