Thermostats won't connect to wifi

I installed 4 Nest 3rd generation thermostats about a year ago.  Worked fine for most of the year and I was able to adjust temp settings on all four when I was away.  But now, 2 of the four will not connect to the WIFI. The other 2 are fine.  For the 2 that are not connecting Ihave followed all instructions for attempting to resolve the problem including charging each unit to at least 3.8, resetting, and manually typing network name attempting to connect - nothing works.  The thermostats read: "your thermostat is having troubling connecting to wifi now. nest.com/w5"
