Thermostats won't reconnect to wifi after Power failure

All of a sudden my thermostats will not reconnect to the wifi network after a power outage.  The outage was only a few hours.  This is the first time that all 4 thermostats do not connect back up.   In the past it was only one.  Last month I replaced the offending thermo with a new one.  Now all of them are offline and not reconnecting.  

I even have a tech restarter that reboots the modem and router every day at 2AM.  But the thermos will not connect back up.  All the cameras do, no problem.

What happened?  What changed?  What the hell?   

I am not in the same state as my house so I cannot reconnect manually.  Any ideas or help is appreciated.

Google does have a good troubleshooter for this:

Unfortunately, to do most of the troubleshooting steps you need to physically be with the thermostat.
