Based on the fact you have R, G, W, and Y wires, it should be compatible with all Nest Thermostat models.
As for the jumper wire between the Rh and Rc connectors, Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't enter that into the app during setup. Nest thermostats have an internal jumper and will use that if your system needs it.
If you get the Nest Thermostat (2020) model, setup in the Google Home app, you should know that Nest thermostats are designed to work without a common ("C") wire in most homes. During installation, a small number of customers may find that the Nest Thermostat does not receive sufficient power. The Nest Power Connector or a C wire may be necessary.
