I have the nest thermostat. When I changed my WiFi network, it went offline and I could not get it to go back online. One google help said to delete the device and add it back. So I deleted the thermostat and have been trying for several days to be able to add it back. It still does not connect to my WiFi and will not find my device. I have hit restart several times and nothing. I have unplugged my router and nothing. This is so frustrating because now I have deleted my thermostat and restarted it and still cannot add my device so that I can control the temperature. I would love to talk to human being. I have googled and googled and googled and nothing is working. Please help on this!

Help is here! Could you check if your thermostat appears on the app if you thermostat appears on the app and it says offline Please first you need to remove your thermostat from app to remove please follow these steps.
After you remove it, On your thermostat device Go to settings > Reset > and finally account connection. then add your thermostat on the app again and you will be able to reconnect to the WiFi.
