Hi Dave,

Sorry to hear about your malfunctioning device! I can understand the lack of access being very frustrating. Let's work on this together.

We need to figure out why your device can't be adjusted through the dial.

• Is there an error message you're receiving, or an error code?
• Does it suggest that there's a connectivity issue, if it's locked, or it needs its battery replaced?

Please provide a photo of your display and a screenshot of the app.

Meanwhile, you can try restarting or factory resetting your device and see if that helps get your thermostat in sync. If it doesn't, please let us know and we'll get right back to troubleshooting. We're here to help!
