Hi folks,

 

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with connecting your Nest Thermostat to your WiFi. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

 

  • What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  • How far is your Nest Thermostat from the router?
  • What message are you getting when it fails to connect?

Hi Edward - we have Nest Learning

It's 2m from router (all other devices around the house can find router

Message says 'no networks available', even when holding phone with hotspot next to it.

Thanks for the response. To isolate the issue, could you try enabling your phone's hotspot and check if your Nest Thermostat could detect it?
