Everything else in the home can connect, except google learning thermostat. Multople times reset performed on the thermostat. What is going on?

No specific error codes. The Home app would say "try moving closer to another nest product." after it was connected to the thermostat. I was standing next to my first thermostat that was connected and working.
For some reason, it will not connect to my home group. But when establishing a 2nd Home, if finally connected (on the 3rd try) and after resetting the thermostat, the wifi, and reinstalling the app.
Frustrating tech, but it's working with a couple extra clicks.

Me too checked signal strengths with phone for 2G and 5G searches for like 5seconds and says nothing found, if I type in the wifi name and password doesn't connect.. I'm stuck, help google gods?

Hey folks,
Sorry to hear that your thermostats are not connecting to your WiFi networks. I wanted to dig deeper into this.
A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat devices do you have? Are you getting messages or codes on your thermostat display or Nest/Google Home app when attempting to connect them to your WiFi networks? Also, have you tried setting them up using a different mobile device?

The Home app fails to connect the second Nest thermostat on the same network well within the network range.
The app will say "Try moving closer to another Nest device" of which I have done with no luck.
Yes I have tried setting it up with my spouses phone with no luck.
