Unable to remote control Nest learning thermostat with iphone

Nest learning thermostat installed and working, though it does not seem to "learn".  Wifi is connected.  Nest account created and Google Home account created but not linked.  Home address set up on app and profile created.  Unable to Add Product.  Thermostat does NOT have a QR code that I can find (not on back of unit).  When I go into APP on thermostat, there is no option to get entry key.  iphone will not find thermostat with bluetooth.  Disconnect all devices on bluetooth on phone.  Restarted thermostat.  Unable to connect bluetooth.  On Nest app on iphone, unable to see any control for temperature.

You stated that you’re using a Nest Learning Thermostat, correct? If you’re using a Nest Learning Thermostat, you have to use the Nest app not the Google home app.

Try to get QR or entry key access from wall nest menu not thru app. Good luck.
