Second family member is not receiving verification code in email

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Just to check: Are you trying to sign in on the Nest or Google Home App? What devices do you have on your account? Have you checked your spam, junk, or trash folders for the verification code?
