Here's a picture of the three indications of the wiring setup - the first is directly from the screen of the NEST thermostat, the second is a screenshot from my phone and the NEST app, and the third is a screenshot of my Windows 10 computer showing the wiring detection that shows up in my NEST account. The phone and the thermostat show the same wire setup detection, but the Windows NEST account does not show the W2 wire for the 2nd heating stage of my dual fuel system. The NEST thermostat works as expected, so it would seem that it is correctly wired and the thermostat confirms that in the SETTINGS. Why doesn't the Windows 10 computer show the correct wiring of the thermostat, like the thermostat itself and the phone do?
