W5 Error for a 4 month old Thermostat.

I had the Nest Learning thermostat since June 2023 and now it is giving me W5 Error. I did all the suggestions on how to fix it but it is not doing anything. This is my 3rd unit and it is the only one that is not working properly. Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks.

Yikes! Let me take a look at this for you. 

Have you restarted the thermostat as a part of the troubleshooting steps you took? If yes and still the code appears on the thermostat display after restart, fill out this form and let me know once you're done so we can check more on it.
