W5 Error thermostat resetting

My thermostat won’t connect and is showing a w5 error, it also repeatedly restarts itself. I’ve tried all troubleshooting

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Could you provide a photo of the display showing the code you're getting? Also, please provide a rundown of the steps you've tried so we could pick up from there.
