Hi for two weeks I have had connectivity w-5 issues and charging issues I’ve tried all trouble shooting steps per google page and believe the issue is the wifi chip as I read forums and other nest customers with same issue, please give me info on how to obtain a replacement device. I have receipts and bank statement showing I just purchased a few months ago.

Sorry to hear about what's going on with your thermostat as well as for the delayed response. I want to take a closer look into this and check on your warranty options as well.
A few questions — what specific Nest thermostat is this? Could you provide a photo of your thermostat display showing the code that you're getting? Also, when and where was this thermostat bought and what country are you in? If you could also provide a rundown of the steps you've tried, I'd appreciate it.
