W5 error

Mine also started displaying the W5 error and I've gone through all the motions more than once. Please assist

A few questions — what type of Nest thermostat is this? Could you post a photo of your thermostat display showing the code that you're getting? Also, just to cover all our bases, please provide a rundown of the steps that you've done so we could pick up from where you've left off.
