W5 error

My Nest thermostat suddenly can’t connect to wifi. I tried all the troubleshooting steps. I reset the thermostat settings but still getting the error message. 

Help!

I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your Nest Thermostat. Could you tell us which Nest Thermostat are you using? Also, have you tried connecting it to a different Wi-Fi network?

I tried to connect it to a different network but it seems he can’t find any network. my wifi works fine on other devices. Tried to reset from all settings but no luck 

I have the google nest learning thermostat not sure which Generation.

still having trouble with W5 error. I reset the thermostat few times but still can’t fix the problem. 

Anything else i can do?
