W5 nest thermostat error

I am trying to contact Google support as I have a W5 error code in my gen 3 thermostat, I have done all the troubleshooting & still won't connect to the wifi. I have also tried on many occasions to reach out to Google support for a call back & after going through the process, I get a phone call with an automated response telling me to wait while they connect me to a technician then it says no technician available.

Where to from here for help??

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate option, type a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
  3. Click "Other", then click "Next step" until you see the contact options.
  4. Choose one of the other options to call or chat with the team as available in your country.
