We have 2 Nest thermostats due to 2 zones. My one thermostat is constantly going offline.

The only thing that seems to fix it, for a very short period of time, is restarting our modem. The upstairs thermostat never has a problem. Battery is fine. Why would this issue only present itself on one thermostat?

Having your device go offline can be troublesome. I am sorry you are running into this, and I would be more than happy to assist you. Let's jump in and see if we can get the device back online. Do you mind me asking when you first started to notice it going offline? How far is the thermostat from the router? I did find a helpful article that may be of use. Please let me know if that helps.
