What nest thermostat will work with this wiring setup ?

Hi dtolani, 

Thanks for posting here in the Community forum and for showing interest in our Nest Thermostats. Fortunately, your thermostat wires are compatible with any of our Nest Thermostat and should be wired to the Nest Thermostat base as follows:

• Yellow wire to Y or Y1
• Green wire to G
• Orange wire to *OB or OB
• White wire to W or W1
• Blue wire to C
• Red wire to RH, disregarding the jumper wire as that is not needed. 

Also, here's a guide for the installation and setup of a Nest Thermostat.

it finally worked.  wired it as suggested by Zoe. but for some reason it refused to connect.  somehow, unplug, replug, start from Google Home app worked.

Thanks for the update. A few questions: what type of Nest Thermostat do you have? Do you see any messages or codes on your thermostat? Please provide your thermostat's power readout.

Nest Learning Thermostat and Nest Thermostat E:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.

Nest Thermostat 2020:

1. Open the Google Home app tap the thermostat tap Settings .
2. Select the Device Information.
3. Choose Technical Information.
