Where did HVAC fan triggers go?

Previously in the Nest app (best app ever) I could setup fan triggers for my 3 Nest thermostats using an IFTTT trigger. Now that I’ve been forced to migrate them to Google that feature is gone.

How do I access that feature? Surely Google did not remove features.

I know I can open the app, wait for it to load, scroll down to my first thermostat and click on it, wait, click fan, wait click the time and click run. Then click back, wait, scroll down to the 2nd thermostat and repeat the same process again with my 3rd thermostat. These 3 thermostats control my HVAC zones for the entire house. It would be nice to be able to trigger them ALL at the same time to circulate the air in the house.

I also know I can set them up on a schedule to run ever so often. HOWEVER, the problem with Google and their schedules is they’re never in sync. If I set it to run for 15 min every hour they run randomly within the hour. So residentially I end up with a 15 minute time span in the hour that the HVAC fan is not running. This increases wear and tear on the zone system dampers and seems absurd. Can someone please flag this as a bug as opposed to a feature request?

I have a 3 zone HVAC system with each zone having its own Nest thermostat. I cannot get all 3 zones to run the fans at the same time. Then click back, wait, scroll down to the 2nd thermostat and repeat the same process again with my 3rd thermostat. These 3 thermostats control my HVAC zones for the entire house.
