Where do I get instructions on Initial thermostat set up?

Where do I get instructions on Initial thermostat set up?  How would I know what my thermostat's email address and password are?  I tried using those of my gmail account, but those didn't work.  There should be some basic installation instructions somewhere, but I can't find them.  How do I find a phone number to call for help?

I don't care about worthless badges ( welcome, conversation starter).  I care about getting the heat to turn on via my nest thermostat.  How do I get useful information rather than worthless propaganda/participation trophies?

I googled "Google Nest instructions" to get that link.  Being a Google product, the Nest doesn't have a user manual.  it's all hyperlinks.

I would approach your situation like this!

Assuming you are in the UK, but I would expect a similar idea would work other parts of the world.

Use a search browser, and type in the information you are looking for.

For example. '' How do I find a phone number to call for help?''

I would type in a search browser ''Google Nest Contact Number''

Another example would be ''Where do I get instructions on Initial thermostat set up?''

I would type in a search browser ''Google Nest Install pdf''

Those ideas might help, see how you go!

I'm not interested in badges either, but having said that, I wouldn't waste my time on here waiting for answers.
