Where is the cooling wire?

I'm told i don't see the AC icon because the cooling wire is not connected.

Where is the cooling wire?

Could you provide more information about your concern? Are you getting a specific code or message on your thermostat display or your Nest app? If yes, what is it? Also, it would be a great help if you can provide a photo of your thermostat wires so I can better understand your setup.
