Yes, your system is compatible with all models of Nest Thermostat. One thing to point out is Nest Thermostats don't use jumper wires, so don't connect the jumper wire between Rc and Rh.

I tried to install one and in setup it said mot compatible lol. So I was about to return it , thank u
