Which thermostat do I need?

I was told to post a photo here to confirm compatibility. Didn't really see an option for E/AUX anywhere. Thinking that might be the issue.

Please check the guide to Identify a thermostat wire in case you have doubts regarding the options for your wire configuration (E/AUX). Sadly, I don't have access to the picture you have shared, so if you can resend it, I would be thankful. You can also check the following article to verify the Nest thermostat compatibility.
