Why does my nest say 2+ hours to cool

I’ve been trying to cool down my apartment but my nest isn’t cooling down fast enough. It says 2+ hours to cool down from 80 to 69. HELP!

That's not a thermostat problem, it's an HVAC problem as most systems can only cool an area a couple of degrees per hour.

You should have the unit looked at.
