Why is fan always on seems to blow cold air then heat there is no cooling system in furnace

I've looked for some way to set the fan to only run during heat cycle, but nothing?

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• How is your Nest Thermostat wired?
• What is the power reading of your Nest Thermostat? You can find this information by going to Settings > Technical Info > Power.
